Fab-Tech Industries Inc. is a family owned Aluminum Boat Building business in Glovertown, NL. We manufacture the Silver Dolphin fully welded boat line. Our job site consists of an 11000 square foot production and office facility and we employ 13 skilled professionals. Our goal is to provide an exceptional work environment & family oriented business, that promotes continuous learning and employee engagement.

We are currently looking to hire a Welder/ Boat Builder. This position requires a strong team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn aluminum welding processes and procedures. Interested candidates should have completed a Welding Trade Program.





This position is open to Apprentice and Journeyman welders with work experience in welding and fitting. A background in Aluminum welding would be an asset. Starting wage $25-$30 + bonuses, medical insurance and Group RRSP.

This is a full time permanent position, Not Seasonal, with a focus on 14'-21' boat building.
