Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Welding and Painting Specialist, where your expertise will drive the creation of high-quality metal structures and components. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of materials and techniques, ensuring precision and durability in every project. You'll be instrumental in transforming raw materials into finished products through skilled welding, painting, and assembly processes, contributing to our commitment to excellence and safety.

Responsibilities

- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to assemble and repair metal parts according to detailed blueprints and schematics
- Use plasma cutting tools and press brake machines to shape and fabricate metal components with precision
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
- Apply paint, coatings, or protective finishes to welded structures using spray guns or brushes, ensuring quality standards are met
- Operate hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring devices like machinings and schematics for accurate work




- Conduct rigging tasks for lifting heavy materials or assemblies using cranes or forklifts safely
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment, painting tools, and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly activities

Skills

- Proficiency in MIG welding techniques with a strong understanding of welding safety standards
- Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience with plasma cutting, press brake machines, and machining processes for metal fabrication
- Familiarity with rigging procedures involving cranes or forklifts for lifting heavy components

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 47.0 per week
