What You’ll Do

As a Production Team Member, you’ll work closely with other skilled team members to build and assemble top-quality door and window products. You’ll be using your hands, your tools, and your problem-solving skills every day in a role that’s both challenging and rewarding.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assembling door and window components using hand and power tools
- Building frames and structures to specification
- Operating equipment to cut, machine, and fabricate parts
- Inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality
- Operating forklifts and supporting warehouse organization as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Comfort and skill using power tools and hand tools




- A mechanical mindset—experience with framing or fabrication is a plus
- Forklift experience is an asset (but we can train the right person)
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit, hardworking team
