As a Year-Round Operator, you will use heavy machinery to perform winter and seasonal maintenance duties across Alberta. This role requires outdoor work in diverse weather conditions, contributing directly to local infrastructure and public safety. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment like snowplow trucks
- Carry out seasonal maintenance including pothole repairs
- Assist in bridge and signage upkeep
- Work responsibly in varying weather situations
- Support Labourer tasks when necessary

Requirements:

- Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 license with air endorsement
- Explicit driver’s abstract for the last 3 years
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Experience with snowplow trucks is an asset
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
