This role requires a Master's degree and at least two years of relevant experience, with responsibilities spanning individual and group therapy, system navigation, and advocacy. Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize single-session approaches for solution-focused therapy
- Carry a manageable caseload for short-term interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners
- Facilitate workshops and psychosocial support
