The Family
Centre seeks a passionate Success Coach for a 0.80 FTE position dedicated to children and youth. You will develop individualized goals, engage with caregivers, and create engaging group activities. The role requires a commitment to trauma-informed care, ensuring that you nurture connections and support youth in seeing their potential for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with students to strengthen support systems
- Involve caregivers in the developmental process of youth
- Design and implement engaging group programming
- Help youth build a strong cultural identity
- Organize healthy activities for youth during summer
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Human Services or related discipline
- Strong communication and caseload management abilities
- Background in diverse populations preferred
- Reliable vehicle for travel; valid driver's license needed
- Willingness to undertake required training
