Summary

A well-established local independent grocery market is seeking a hands-on Grocery Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the store. This is a broad leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, from merchandising and inventory management to staff leadership, pricing, vendor coordination and customer experience. The Grocery Manager will take ownership of the store's overall presentation, product availability, operating standards and profitability. Working closely with ownership, you will have the flexibility to respond quickly to customer needs, adjust the product mix, introduce new ideas and help shape how the business continues to grow. Unlike a highly structured corporate grocery environment, this role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make a visible impact. You will be involved in the details of the operation, build relationships with local suppliers and customers, and help ensure the store remains relevant, competitive and connected to the community.
