This existing role within the Legal Services Division seeks a dynamic Legal Counsel with 3-5 years of experience in real estate and municipal law. Key Responsibilities:



- Advise on residential and commercial real estate matters - Draft and review contracts and legal documents - Provide legal opinions and research on relevant issues - Mentor staff and provide training on real estate compliance - Manage heavy file loads and external legal counsel
