Reporting to the Manager, Corporate FP&A;, the Analyst plays a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function at both operational and strategic levels. The Analyst is responsible for synthesizing financial performance, identifying key drivers and risks, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. Working closely with the Manager FP&A;, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality, timely, and accurate financial information to support the VP FP&A;, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. Partner with the Manager FP&A; to support the budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business performance analysis and decision-making Prepare and deliver consolidated reporting packages, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for senior leadership and the Board Maintain and update monthly Risks & Opportunities (R&O;), ensuring forecasts reflect current business dynamics Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and forecasting reliability Support ad hoc analyses, strategic initiatives,
and special projects led by FP&A; leadership Contribute to a high-performance FP&A; function by delivering timely, insightful, and decision-oriented analysis Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis Experience with generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot, and the ability to leverage them to enhance efficiency, work quality, and overall productivity Experience in a corporate or head office FP&A; environment, with exposure to executive-level reporting;
experience in a privateequity-backed environment is considered an asset Exceptional financial modeling and data analysis skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel (Macro) and experience with Power BI or similar tools Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights Knowledge of TM1 and/or Oracle Cloud is an asset (Not Required) Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken ( Frequent communications with internal/external partners and/or clients/employees outside of Québec) A childcare centre that can accommodate up to 78 children A cafeteria with a delicious menu prepared by a dedicated chef, healthy options, as well as FARO Roasting Houses and Tim Hortons coffee stations Electric car charging stations Benefits: retirement savings plan, annual bonuses, student incentive program, etc. An employer that’s involved in the community RONA is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion.
