About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Specialist to manage daily online store operations, improve the customer shopping experience, and support sales growth.

Working directly with the founder, you will oversee online merchandising, execute promotional activities, and use performance data to identify practical improvements. This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership and turning ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, collections, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Maintain accurate storefront content and a consistent brand presentation.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, bundles, and discount campaigns.
- Improve product discovery and the shopping journey to support conversion and average order value.
- Manage email campaigns, abandoned-cart follow-ups, and customer retention initiatives.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with fulfillment to resolve customer-facing issues.




- Track sales, conversion rates, and campaign performance, sharing concise reports and recommendations.
- Maintain basic SEO and coordinate website content with social media campaigns.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, including hands-on Shopify experience.
- Robust understanding of online merchandising, promotions, and customer experience.
- Excellent written English, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and e-commerce analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities within a part-time schedule.
- A practical approach to improving both sales performance and operational efficiency.

Experience with Klaviyo, product bundles, SEO, or gifting and lifestyle brands is an asset.
