About the Opportunity
Our government client is seeking an EX Staffing Consultant to provide end-to-end executive recruitment and talent acquisition services for executive and senior leadership positions within the organization.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Search planning and position profiling
Labour market analysis and market intelligence
Market mapping and candidate identification
Proactive candidate outreach and recruitment
Candidate screening and preliminary assessment
Development and presentation of long-listed and short-listed candidates
Assessment and selection support
Candidate communications and relationship management
Executive-level reference checking
Education, employment and skilled credential verification, where required
Additional executive assessment services, where required
Search reporting and close-out
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
5+ years of experience with EX staffing in the Northern Regions of Canada
Bachelors or Masters degree
Bilingual in French and English
Eligible for a Reliability Clearance
About the Job
6-month contract with a possibility of an extension
Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000 a year
