Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Support the team during service hours by efficiently serving dishes to ensure timely delivery




- Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and uphold high standards of food quality

Skills

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments with a focus on food preparation and cooking
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with team members
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including timing, plating, and presentation standards
- Enthusiasm for learning new cooking methods and advancing culinary skills
