K-Beauty Sales Associate

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Pay: $17.20–$20.00 per hour + Commission

About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused K-Beauty Sales Associate to join our team at our downtown Toronto location.

The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in Korean beauty, skincare, and cosmetics, enjoys interacting with customers, and is motivated by sales performance.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Assist customers in selecting skincare and beauty products based on their needs
- Recommend and explain K-Beauty products, brands, and product perks
- Actively engage with customers and help achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain product displays, restock merchandise, and keep the store clean and organized
- Stay up to date with K-Beauty products, trends, and new arrivals
- Support general store operations as needed

Requirements

- Robust interest and knowledge of K-Beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
- Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics,



or retail sales is preferred
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching and assisting customers
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable and responsible
- Must be available to work weekends and evening/night shifts
- Strong English communication skills

Compensation

$17.60–$20.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

In addition to the hourly wage, performance-based commission is available. Team members who exceed their assigned sales targets can earn additional commission based on sales performance.
