G&A; ROBOT INC. is a Vancouver-based smart food and beverage automation company. We operate automated coffee and beverage machines across universities, transit hubs, hospitals, and other public facilities.

We are currently seeking a reliable and hard working junior Full Time Warehouse Associate to support our daily warehouse and inventory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and shipping products, organizing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, and assisting our buyer and machine operators both in the warehouse and in the office as needed.

Training is provided and entry level warehouse associates with a strong work ethic are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Inspect incoming products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report any issues.
- Prepare, pack, label, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Place products and supplies in their designated warehouse locations.
- Organize and rotate inventory to maintain an efficient storage system.
- Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records.
- Pick and prepare products, parts, and supplies for machine operators.
- Provide general assistance to the buyer, including checking stock levels, organizing incoming purchases, and identifying items that need to be reordered.
- May require providing some paperwork and office assistance for senior buyers and Operations Managers, as needed
- Support operators with loading, moving,



and preparing products and equipment.
- Keep the warehouse, receiving area, shelving, and workstations clean and organized.
- Safely dispose of packaging materials, garbage, and recycling.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures when handling products and equipment.
- Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, or equipment issues to management.
- Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or general labour experience is an asset, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
- Comfortable using basic computer programs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift, carry, push, and move boxes or products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Ability to safely use warehouse equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and ladders.

Salary: Base salary + RSU eligibility

Job Type: Full time In-Person at 2999 Underhill Avenue., Unit 104, Burnaby BC.

Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:30 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
