Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to construct, install, repair, and maintain wooden structures, fixtures, and building components. The ideal candidate has robust technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to completing high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other building materials.
- Build and install framing, doors, windows, cabinets, trim, flooring, and fixtures.
- Repair or replace damaged structures and components.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow building codes, company procedures, and workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a carpenter or in a related construction role.
- Knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and perform accurate measurements.




- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift materials, climb ladders, kneel, bend, and work for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Carpentry certification, apprenticeship training, or relevant trade qualification is an asset.
- Appropriate safety training or certifications may be required.

Schedule: 7am-5:30pm Mon-Thursday 7am-12pm Friday

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
