WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll play an important role in keeping our accounting and office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Customer billing and invoicing
- Reviewing work orders and service information for accurate billing
- Processing customer payments
- Following up on outstanding accounts
- Processing vendor invoices and payments
- Account reconciliations
- Timekeeping and review of employee hours
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Communicating with customers, vendors, technicians, and office staff
- General accounting and administrative duties
- Taking on additional responsibilities as your experience and knowledge of our business grow

QUALIFICATIONS — PLEASE READ





We are looking for an experienced accounting professional who can step into the role with confidence.

Required:

- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Minimum 2 years of QuickBooks experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, AP, AR, and billing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Strong computer skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Reliable, accountable, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work
- Must be local to Calgary, Alberta
- Must have a reliable means of transportation and be able to consistently commute to our office

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, mechanical, or another service-based industry is an asset.

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION

We believe our team works best when we're together. This role involves working directly with our office team, technicians, customers, and vendors.

This position is not hybrid and does not offer work-from-home options.
