Maintenance Supervisor – North York, ON
$79,000–$89,000/year + 4% vacation pay | Contract-to-Permanent

Join a globally recognized precision manufacturing leader in North York as their next Maintenance Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to build a maintenance department from the ground up — not just maintain the status quo.

What you'll do:

- Lead and coordinate a team of 3–6 maintenance technicians
- Develop preventive maintenance programs, SOPs, and work instructions
- Manage spare parts inventory, contractor relationships, and CMMS data (SAP PM preferred)
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems

What you bring:

- 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- At least 5 years Supervisory or team coordination experience




- Technical diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Comfort with CMMS systems and maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, PM completion rate)

Details:

- Monday–Friday, day shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), with occasional flexibility for shift coverage
- 4–4.5 month contract with strong potential to convert to permanent
- Minimal travel
