We’re looking for a driven, hospitality-minded Operations Manager to join the leadership team at La Palma.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead daily floor operations to ensure smooth, service-driven execution
- Coach, train, and support front-of-house staff with a collaborative, hands-on approach
- Work closely with culinary and beverage teams to deliver memorable, high-quality experiences
- Manage service standards, team scheduling, and onboarding for new hires
- Support senior leadership with team development, reporting, and special initiatives

WHO YOU ARE

- Warm, affable, and highly hospitable leadership style
- Experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with a drive to lead by example
