Duties

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients to support chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment to meet strict hygiene standards
- Support cooking processes by organizing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of supplies to the cooking stations
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, sanitation, and handling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations
- Help with serving duties by setting up dining areas and assisting with plating when needed
- Ensure the kitchen remains organized and stocked by monitoring inventory levels and notifying supervisors of supplies needed




- Support meal preparation for various service periods, maintaining efficiency during busy hours

Qualifications
