Maven is a thriving brunch restaurant located on 17th Avenue. We take pride in our creative dishes inspired by our travels and childhood comforts. Here, you will learn how to create globally inspired cuisine alongside playful takes on eggs benedicts and classic brunch fare.
Our open kitchen allows us to interact with guests during service and be part of the lively atmosphere that makes Maven unique. We are looking for a dedicated Lead Prep Cook who enjoys brunch service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to work hard as part of a team.
The primary focus of this position is preparing and organizing our brunch menu, while also receiving line training to support the smooth operation of our busy kitchen.
This role will also include dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen to help ensure effective daily operations.
This is not an easy role, multitasking is a must, but it is both rewarding and fun for the right person. We look forward to meeting you.
