Responsibilities are as follows;

- working line cook that will help run and operate all areas of the kitchen.
- ensures the quality and consistency of food served and ultimately that all customers have a pleasant dining experience.
- ensures the kitchen is clean at the beginning during and end of each shift.
- Weekly/daily food orders
- Inventory

REQUIRMENTS:

- minimum 1 to 2 years of operation experience and a high-volume kitchen
- Food safe certified.
- Experience with projection and management of food cost labor variable cost and pars.
- - Good communicator with the ability to build relationships
- -Robust problem solver.
- -Works well in a fast paced ever-changing environment.
- -Loves a challenge.
- - Is open to coaching and has a good sense of humor





We are basically looking for a good person who can cook and have fun. Only those with positive attitudes who don’t like to bounce around need apply. Located North East Calgary, close to Deerfoot trail.

Bonus: one free staff meal will be provided every shift and we are closed on Sundays

Salary: $17.00 -$21.00/hour Plus Tip Out
