Queens Hospitality manages a growing group of restaurants committed to providing excellent food, qualified service and welcoming dining experiences. We are looking for an experienced and friendly Restaurant Server to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Enter orders correctly into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Process customer payments accurately.
- Work closely with kitchen and restaurant team members.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications





- Minimum one year of restaurant serving experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly and reliable.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Schedule

- Full-time: 40 hours per week.
- Shifts may include weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.
