We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and organized individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. The ideal candidate must be customer-service oriented with the ability to remain skilled in all situations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and manage seating arrangements.

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.

- Assist customers with their orders and answer any questions they may have.

- Ensure that the restaurant is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu items and specials.

- Take reservations and process payments quickly and accurately.

- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs of guests.





- Monitor dining room for proper seating arrangement and table availability.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Previous experience working in hospitality industry preferred but not required

- Excellent customer service skills

- Flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
