We're looking for an organized, motivated and dependable Parts Technician to join our Beaverlodge, AB location. If you enjoy helping customers, and have an interest in agriculture or equipment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email with parts inquiries and orders
- Source and supply parts for agricultural equipment and machinery
- Accurately receive, label, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain organized and up-to-date parts displays and storage areas
- Process parts orders and returns
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely repairs
- Track inventory levels and help with cycle counts and reordering
- Keep records and documentation accurate in the system

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in parts, agriculture, heavy equipment, or a related field is an asset




- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks, especially during peak seasons
- Team player with a solid work ethic
