Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Optometric Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our eye care facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical or healthcare office management, with excellent leadership and administrative skills. As the Optometric Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations, maintaining high standards of patient care, and fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and patients. Responsibilities

- Manage the overall functioning of the optometric clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination.
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and ongoing support to ensure optimal team performance.
- Oversee patient records management using electronic medical records systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.




- Coordinate with optometrists and healthcare providers to facilitate efficient patient care delivery and support clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with human resources to recruit new team members, manage staff schedules, and promote a positive workplace culture.

Experience

- Proven experience managing, preferably a medical or healthcare office environment.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing clinical or administrative teams in a fast-paced workplace.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems an asset.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to eye care services is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
