Join our dynamic team as a Renovation Carpenter with potential of stepping into a project Management role. You will bring your expert craftsmanship skills to a variety of renovation projects! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming spaces, helping to manage trades and utilizing your extensive carpentry skills and construction experience to deliver high-quality results. Your expertise and flexibility will help complete these renovations and bring the clients vision to life through precise planning, organization, woodworking, structural repairs, and some detailed finishing work. We’re looking for a motivated worker who thrives in rapid-paced environments and is a team player to work with other staff, trades and clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of construction work from demo, framing, drywall installation, potential install of cabinets and flooring to finishing and prepare spaces for final touches.
- All work done with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct structural repairs as needed and following yourself with cleanliness.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with caulking and painting to ensure comprehensive renovation solutions.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components while adhering to safety protocols.




- Reporting to the company owner daily on work completed and plans for each day.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking or related fields with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Experienced in drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and any exterior work is a bonus.
- Familiarity with concrete forming, rebar installation, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, construction estimating software and heavy lifting techniques.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and electrical wiring is advantageous for comprehensive renovation work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance is a must.

Pay: $25.00-$62.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
