PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED – LAC LA BICHE

Novara Communities is looking for a reliable and organized Property Manager to manage our Lac La Biche residential properties:

Nova Court

Aspen Manor

Birchwood Manor

Salary: $4,500/month

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the properties, including: Tenant communication and concerns Move-ins and move-outs Suite showings and leasing support Property and suite inspections Coordinating maintenance and repairs Managing vacant suite turnovers Monitoring building and grounds condition Coordinating contractors and trades Following up on tenant and maintenance issues

General responsibilities associated with residential property management We are looking for someone who is dependable, skilled, organized, and able to work independently.

Optional additional income:



The Property Manager can also complete cleaning work, if interested, including suite turnovers and property cleaning. Cleaning is paid separately at $25–$30/hour on top of the $4,500/month salary.

Previous property management experience is preferred, but we will consider applicants with strong experience in rentals, maintenance coordination, hospitality, administration, or similar positions.
