About the Role

IOS is looking for a proactive and reliable On-Site Recruiter / Client Coordinator to manage staffing operations at one of our client warehouse locations in Milton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee follow-up, client communication, and handling day-to-day employee and client issues at the site.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment specifically for the assigned client.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse positions.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientations, and start dates.
- Maintain regular communication with the client regarding staffing requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees and address day-to-day concerns.
- Monitor attendance and follow up on absences, late arrivals, and no-shows.
- Arrange replacements when required.
- Handle and resolve employee and client issues professionally.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Keep accurate recruitment, attendance, and employee records.




- Coordinate with the IOS office team regarding staffing and operational issues.

Requirements

- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Good judgment and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Must be comfortable with the 3:30 AM start time.
- Reliable transportation to the Milton location is preferred.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who can take ownership of the site, communicate effectively with both clients and employees, and handle day-to-day staffing issues without constant supervision.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, organized, and good with people.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
