We seek a Law Clerk or senior Legal Assistant to fill a full-time position as a primary support person in a busy Vaughan-based law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Canadian graduate of law school (completed in Canada or studied abroad in UK, Australia or USA) which may include an opportunity to complete his or her articles or internship. We will also consider university graduates with a degree in English, History or Political Science (or other programs with emphasis on reading, writing, and research) who wish to explore the legal field and have a desire ultimately to pursue a career in law or professional studies. Mandatory: The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, superior analytical skills, and be able to work independently and as a team player, liaise with clients, multi-task, work on a large caseload and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.



The applicant must also have superior organization, time management, and computer skills. Applicants must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. We may administer a skills and job proficiency test as part of the application process.
