Project / Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Senior Site Lead/Project Manager to join Client team to onboard clinics with an eReferral and eOrder platform. This role offers the potential to work across various delivery projects within our expanding portfolio. Work closely with Site Facilitators, Intake Coordinators, and Clinicians and will play a key role in leading clinic/ site activations, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring a successful onboarding experience for providers. With a focus on flexibility and growth, this position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of delivery projects (e.g., site deployments/activations, current service delivery). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring the seamless implementation of projects.
Responsibilities / Deliverables:
The Sr. Site Lead/Project Manager responsibilities/deliverables may include, but may not be limited to:
a. Lead site onboarding project(s) and coordinate efforts to achieve project objectives within timelines, scope and budget.
b. Collaborate with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, and other stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, Health Authorities, Doctors of BC, and vendors, to ensure project success
c. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites, maintaining open communication, and managing relationships with stakeholders
d. Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively to mitigate potential negative impacts on project outcomes
e. Coordinate and chair project meetings,
facilitate effective communication among project resources, and document findings and recommendations
f. Develop and maintain timely comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records, to ensure transparency and accountability
g. Manage project scope changes and obtain necessary approvals
h. Control project financials, resource usage, issues, and risks
i. Perform project management processes in accordance with PMO standards
j. Adapt to changing project needs and priorities, contributing to the success of various delivery projects within the portfolio
Experience / Skills Requirements:
The Sr. Site Lead/Project Manager should have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1. A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or project management, including training and/or experience in leading and coordinating all aspects of a project:
2. Five (5) years' recent, related experience in working in a healthcare environment.
3. 7+ years’ experience in Project Management, with ability to
4. Experience with delivering digital solutions to health care sites, project management and facilitating consultation processes with a , including
5. Extensive experience , senior leadership, and other stakeholders.
6. Solid understanding of how various technologies fit together in a provincial health ecosystem to deliver services.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
8. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
9. Project Management Skilled (PMP) designation preferred
10. Experience working in considered an asset.
11. Knowledge of OceanMD and EMR systems considered a strong asset.
12. Exceptional communication (written, verbal), organization, and interpersonal skills.
