About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you will meet face-to-face with homeowners, understand their needs, present customized window and door solutions, and help customers make confident decisions for their homes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for in-home consultations
- Present customized window and door solutions based on customer needs
- Build strong rapport and long-term trust with homeowners
- Close deals confidently and professionally
- Follow up on unsold leads to maximize your earning potential
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with the office and management team
- Travel to appointments throughout the GTA and surrounding areas, including up to 1.5–2 hours when required

What You Bring

- Strong people skills and the ability to connect with homeowners




- 1 year of sales experience preferred, but not required
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred, but not required
- A confident, self-motivated attitude and a strong drive to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Willingness to work in a 100% commission-based role
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel for appointments as needed
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, when homeowners are most available

Schedule

- Evenings required
- Weekends required
- Daytime availability as needed

Evenings and weekends are an key part of this role, as they provide the best opportunity to meet with homeowners and succeed in in-home sales.

Experience

- Sales: 1 year preferred, but not required
- In-home sales: preferred, but not required

Language

- English required
- Additional languages are considered an asset
