Jai Homes Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, contribute to impactful marketing campaigns, and play a key role in helping families build their dream homes.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales

- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful home sales
- Conduct client consultations to understand needs, budget, and vision
- Present floor plans, design options, and customization opportunities
- Guide clients through the entire sales journey with a seamless experience
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow-up systems

Marketing

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + traditional)
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Develop marketing materials (brochures, ads, videos, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
- Attend community events, showhomes,



and industry networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in sales and/or marketing (real estate or construction is an asset)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English, (Multilingual is an assest)
- Proficient with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and performance-focused
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)

- Monday to Thursday, Sat-Sun
- Evenings
- Work Location: In-person

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
