HOSTS

Our hosts create the first and last impression of Alva. We are looking for welcoming, organized, and polished individuals who understand the importance of genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for:

- Previous host or guest-service experience is an asset
- Warm, confident, and professional communication
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage reservations and guest flow effectively
- Ability to remain calm and welcoming during busy periods
- Professional presentation and a natural ability to connect with guests

SERVER ASSISTANTS

Our Server Assistants are an key part of the service team, helping create a seamless and polished experience for both guests and servers.

We’re looking for:





- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Desire to learn and grow within an upscale hospitality environment
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
