Beauty Sales Consultant

Full-Time / Part-Time
$20/hour + Performance-Based Sales Bonuses

We are looking for a positive, confident, and motivated Beauty Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a customer-facing sales position for someone who enjoys working with people, has great energy, and wants to learn, develop, and grow in a performance-driven environment.

Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required. We believe that attitude, communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important as previous experience.

What You’ll Do

- Proactively approach and engage with customers
- Build rapport and create a positive customer experience
- Introduce customers to our skincare and beauty products and services
- Perform product demonstrations
- Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and concerns
- Recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Continuously learn and improve your product knowledge and sales skills

Experience in retail, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Compensation

First Month – Training & Probation Period
Hourly compensation in accordance with applicable Ontario minimum-wage requirements.

After Successful Completion of the First Month
$20/hour + performance-based sales bonuses

Sales bonuses are paid in addition to the hourly wage and are based on achieving established sales targets.

No Sales Experience? That’s Okay.

We’re not expecting you to know everything on your first day.

We provide the training. You bring the attitude.
