We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist with a proven track record of successfully selling products online, especially on eBay and Etsy. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing online stores, creating high-converting listings, and identifying valuable resale opportunities.

This is a part time role for 20 hours/week with some flexibility to when those hours are worked

We are a thrift shop with a large inventory of donated items ready to be listed and sold. Our inventory includes a wide variety of unique and valuable merchandise such as:

- Collectibles and artifacts
- Vintage and rare finds
- Books
- Clothing and accessories
- Electronics
- Paintings and artwork
- Home décor and other unique items

We are specifically seeking someone who understands how to maximize sales on platforms like eBay and Etsy through strong product research, pricing strategy, SEO-focused listings, and marketplace expertise.

Responsibilities

- Create professional, attractive, and optimized product listings
- Research market value and determine competitive pricing
- Identify valuable, rare, or high-demand items
- Manage and maintain listings on eBay, Etsy, Shopify and other online marketplaces
- Organize and track inventory efficiently




- Write compelling product descriptions using effective keywords and titles
- Take or direct high-quality product photos to improve visibility and sales
- Help develop strategies to grow and scale online sales

Qualifications

- Proven experience selling products on eBay and Etsy is required
- Solid understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce strategies
- Experience with thrift, vintage, collectible, or resale items is highly preferred
- Ability to recognize profitable and marketable products
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
