Role Overview

G&A; ROBOT is looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Part-Time Visual Designer to support our ongoing design and content needs. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who can consistently produce polished, modern visual content while following our established brand direction.

The primary focus is graphic design, with opportunities to assist with website design, UI/UX, video editing, motion graphics, and other creative projects based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, promotions, posters, signage, presentations, and branded materials
- Design promotional content for beverages, food products, membership programs, events, and product launches
- Prepare visuals for digital screens, robot interfaces, websites, and mobile applications
- Design website pages, layouts, and responsive components using Figma and Framer
- Support basic app interface and UI/UX layout work in Figma
- Make design updates and content adjustments to existing Framer websites
- Resize and adapt existing designs for different digital, social media, and print formats
- Edit short-form videos, promotional content, and social media videos when needed
- Use AI tools to support concept development, image generation, asset enhancement, and workflow efficiency
- Follow creative direction and maintain a consistent G&A; ROBOT brand identity
- Manage multiple design requests and deliver completed work within agreed deadlines
- Maintain organized source files, editable working files, and properly formatted final exports




- Communicate clearly and respond professionally to feedback and revision requests

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Proficiency in Figma for layouts, design systems, and basic UI/UX design
- Experience using Framer to design, edit, and maintain responsive websites
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, advertising, web design, or marketing work
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, and modern design
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and file organization
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction
- Reliable communication and consistent availability
- Experience creating social media and promotional content is preferred

AI-Assisted Design

The use of AI tools is welcomed and encouraged. Candidates should be comfortable using AI to support design development, creative concepts, image generation, asset enhancement, and production efficiency.

Additional Assets

The following skills are not required but will be considered robust advantages:

- Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software




- Motion graphics or Adobe After Effects experience
- Advanced Framer skills, including responsive design, CMS management, animations, components, and basic code overrides
- Experience producing short-form content for social media
- Photography, videography, or camera experience
- Experience designing for technology, food and beverage, retail, or hospitality brands

We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship with G&A; ROBOT and supporting our growing design, website, marketing, and content needs on an ongoing basis. Opportunity to move to a Full-Time position may be available in the near future depending on performance.
