Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Pharmacist (Saturday shift) to join our healthcare team. Duties

- Dispense prescription medications accurately using pharmacy software (Kroll)
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapy and provide counseling on medication use and potential side effects
- Administer immunizations and oversee medication administration processes in accordance with medical protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on medical management plans
- Perform patient service duties such as answering questions,



providing education, and supporting overall patient care initiatives
- Utilize pharmacy software efficiently for prescription processing, documentation, and reporting purposes

Requirements

- Valid pharmacist license with current registration in Ontario
- Experience in community pharmacy required
- Knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices
- Familiarity with Kroll and pharmacy billing
- Ability to perform patient assessments effectively and deliver exceptional patient service
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Pharmacist License (required)
