Stratigen Inc. is looking for reliable, hardworking Construction Labourers to join our growing workforce.

We provide temporary construction staffing to contractors and construction companies throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. Our workers are placed on residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects based on their experience, skills, certifications, and availability.

Depending on the assignment and your experience, duties may include:

- General construction labour and site support
- Site cleanup and maintaining protected work areas
- Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials
- Assisting carpenters, tradespeople, and site supervisors
- Demolition and debris removal
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Material handling and organization
- Framing, formwork, or carpentry assistance
- Site setup and project preparation
- Following all site-specific safety procedures
- Other construction-related duties as required

We have opportunities for both entry-level and experienced construction workers, with assignments ranging from general labour to more skilled construction work.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals who:

- Are reliable, dependable, and show up on time ready to work
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Are comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Can work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Can follow instructions and work safely
- Can work independently and as part of a construction crew
- Have reliable transportation or can reliably get to assigned job sites




- Have CSA-approved steel-toe work boots
- Take pride in the quality of their work

Previous construction experience is an asset but not required for all positions.

The following safety tickets and certifications are considered assets and may qualify you for additional assignments:

- CSTS
- WHMIS
- First Aid/CPR
- Fall Protection
- Zoom Boom / Telehandler
- Other construction or equipment certifications
