- Proven track record in residential sales
- Window & door , renovation, construction or home imporovement experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and closing skills
- Able to build solid relationships with homeowners
- Has connections with condo cooprtations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess their needs.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage accounts,



track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Bilingual candidates with proficiency in Spanish are encouraged to apply as it is a valuable asset for this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
