MacLeod Signature Renovations is looking for reliable, motivated Restoration Labourers to join our growing team.

Restoration work is fast-paced and hands-on. Our crews respond to water, fire, mold, and other property-loss situations, helping homeowners and restoration contractors get properties cleaned up, stabilized, and ready for the next stage of work.

You don't need years of experience to apply. We're looking for people who are dependable, physically capable, willing to learn, and take pride in doing the job properly. Experience in restoration, demolition, construction, moving, cleaning, or emergency response is an asset.

What You'll Do

- Assist with water, fire, mold, and general property-loss projects
- Perform interior demolition, including removal of drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry, and other materials as directed
- Assist with contents packing, moving, wrapping, loading, unloading, and inventory
- Set up and remove drying equipment, containment, protection, and job-site materials
- Assist with HEPA vacuuming, detailed cleaning, construction cleaning, and post-demolition cleanup
- Load and unload company vehicles and maintain organized tools and materials
- Protect unaffected areas of a property using appropriate floor, wall, and furniture protection
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout each project
- Follow direction from Lead Technicians, Crew Chiefs, and Project Supervisors
- Follow proper PPE, safety, and restoration procedures
- Take photos and assist with job documentation when required
- Work respectfully in customers' homes, businesses, and occupied properties
- Assist other crew members to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule

What We're Looking For





- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence is an asset
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, kneeling, standing, and performing manual labour for extended periods
- Comfortable working in demolition, cleaning, and sometimes dirty or challenging environments
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Strong attention to safety and job-site cleanliness
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous restoration, construction, demolition, moving, or cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
