OT Performance Rehab — Built For Overtime
OT Performance Rehab is a growing multidisciplinary clinic and strength & conditioning gym on the border of Burnaby and Coquitlam. We recently expanded to a 4,500 sq ft space with 10 treatment beds and are building an on-site reformer Pilates studio — and we're looking for a Registered Physiotherapist with clinical (rehab) Pilates training to join the team!
You'll blend one-on-one physiotherapy with Pilates-based rehab, have full autonomy over your clinical decisions, and enjoy strong new-patient flow from our marketing alongside a collaborative team of physios, RMTs, kinesiologists, and trainers.
What you'll do
- Assess and treat an active MSK caseload with a focus on clinical Pilates-based rehabilitation
- Help shape and deliver programming in our new reformer studio — hybrid one-on-one and small group
- Build your own patient base with clinic marketing and referral support
- Collaborate across our multidisciplinary team
- Document in Jane App
What we're looking for
- Registered/eligible with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
- Clinical Pilates / rehab Pilates certification (or advanced training in progress)
- Comfortable managing a general orthopaedic caseload alongside Pilates rehab
- Collaborative, patient-first approach
- Pelvic floor training an asset
- New grads with interest in Clinical Pilates training welcome
