We are a friendly, patient-focused dental clinic located in the heart of Owen Sound, committed to providing exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming setting. We are currently looking for a Dental Receptionist to be the face of our practice and provide outstanding service to our patients from the moment they walk in the door.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm appointments (by phone, email, and text)
- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
- Process insurance claims and payments accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication




- Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Paradigm ABELDent, Tracker, or similar) is an asset
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
