Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Clamp Truck Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Delta, BC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a clamp truck and handling high-value electronic products. This position requires excellent attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and a strong commitment to preventing product damage.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a clamp truck forklift safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, and stage high-value electronic products.
- Handle products carefully to minimize the risk of damage.
- Inspect products and loads before moving materials.
- Perform daily forklift and equipment safety checks.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on clamp truck forklift experience.
- Valid forklift certification/licence.
- Proven ability to safely handle and move large or sensitive products.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Previous experience handling electronics or other high-value products is an asset.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule & Availability
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Candidates must be flexible to start earlier or finish later when required based on operational needs.
