We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our team in Scarborough. If you enjoy staying active, working with a great team, and take pride in accuracy and organization, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists
- Prepare, pack and stage orders for shipping
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product condition
- Inspect deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
- Ensure bills of lading, receiving documents and shipping paperwork are accurate
- Rotate inventory using FIFO practices
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate electric walkies, pallet jacks and forklifts safely (where certified)
- Keep warehouse, coolers and work areas clean, organized and food-secure
- Follow all food safety,



workplace safety and company procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Experience in a food distribution or refrigerated warehouse is an asset
- Forklift certification is an asset
- Experience operating electric walkies or walkie stackers is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual and dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable repeatedly lifting 50 lbs or more
- Strong communication skills
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
