Job Title: Insurance Broker Trainer (RIBO Licensed) - In Office

Location: 60 Lacoste Blvd, Brampton

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Trainer for Insurance Brokers to lead the training and development of our brokerage team. This is not an entry-level CSR role.

Requirements - MUST HAVE:

- Must be RIBO Licensed - Mandatory

- Minimum 1+ Year Experience as a Licensed Insurance Broker in Ontario

- Proven experience in a training, mentoring, or senior broker capacity

- Expert-level knowledge of Broker Management Systems: Applied Rating Services / EPIC / Power Broker

What You Will Train Brokers On:

1. Systems & Technical Skills:

- Applied Rating Services, EPIC, and Power Broker - Full workflow, policy management, and paperless procedures

- MVR Dash Reading - How to pull, read, and analyze MVRs for accurate underwriting and rating

2. Sales & Client Service:





- How to Quote accurately (Auto & Property) and close effectively

- Building and maintaining solid client and partner relationships

- Sales strategies and conversion techniques

3. Retention & Service Excellence:

- Client retention strategies and renewal process

- Managing policy changes, endorsements, and procedures

- Handling billing inquiries and resolving client issues

- Portal training - Insurer portals and client self-serve portals

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver structured training programs for new and existing brokers

- Coach brokers on quoting, servicing, sales, and retention best practices

- Audit files and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and compliance

- Stay up-to-date with insurer guidelines, RIBO compliance, and industry changes

- Collaborate with management to improve office procedures and workflow

Job Details:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday

- Work Location: In Person / In Office

- Compensation: Salary - Based on experience (Competitive)

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
