Our shop specializes in Structural and Custom Steel Fabrication and we are looking for an individual who takes pride in their craft, values safety, and are ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- Journeyman Welder - CWB (B-Pressure would be an asset)
- Knowledge of Structural welding codes. (CWB Welding Inspector Level 1 would be an asset)
- Working lead that supervises a team while on the shop floor (Expected to be on the tools, while training and mentoring the shop crews)
- Experience in structural steel welding and fabrication




- Experience with shop machinery such as ; press brake, sheer, rollers, iron workers
- Expected to QA/QC and dimension check all products prior to leaving shop
- Computer and software knowledge to work with CNC table and operate beam profiler
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Team player mentality
