-Inspect incoming, pre-inspection, in-process, and finished parts against engineering drawings and specifications

-Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, angle gauges, height gauges, tape measure and other precision equipment, to verify dimensions and tolerances.

-Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to confirm parts built are within specification

-Document inspection results accurately in quality logs and inspection reports

-Inspect returned product and complete RMA paperwork.

-Identify and flag non-conforming parts, and report findings to the Quality Manager and Production Manager.

-Communicate quality concerns and documentation clearly and promptly to production staff to minimize scrap and rework.





-Enter quality data into the company's ERP and quality management system.

-Support internal audits and customer audits as required.

-Keep quality area clean and organized.

-Help maintain measuring equipment calibrations and calibration records.

-Any other tasks delegated by the Quality Manager
