Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team within a manufacturing setting. This role is essential in ensuring the continuous operation, safety, and efficiency of all production equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a proven track record of supervising maintenance projects. As a key leader, you will oversee daily maintenance activities, coordinate repairs, and implement preventative maintenance programs to optimize machinery performance and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other facility infrastructure.
- Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, including resource allocation, scheduling, and cost control.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and calibration of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and low voltage electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to industrial maintenance, electrical work, HVAC systems, and low voltage installations.




- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex machinery failures by analyzing schematics and operational data.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime while maintaining high safety standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience

- Proven supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting with a focus on maintenance management.
- Strong background in mechanical knowledge, electrical systems, HVAC operations, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control.
- Knowledge of schematics interpretation for electrical circuits and mechanical systems.
- Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership abilities with effective communication skills in English to coordinate teams across diverse functions.
- Prior experience supervising maintenance teams involved in manufacturing operations or similar industrial environments.
