Revolution Medical is looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter / Lead Booking Specialist to help manage and convert incoming leads for medical aesthetic services. Fluency in English is required.

This role is ideal for someone who is quick, organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable working with clients interested in beauty, skin, body contouring, injectables, laser hair removal, and other aesthetic treatments.

The main focus of this role is simple: respond quickly, build trust, book consultations, confirm appointments, and keep the calendar full.

Responsibilities

- Contact new leads quickly by phone, text, and email.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into booked consultations.
- Understand the clinic’s main services, including facials, injectables, laser hair removal, fat freezing, skin tightening, body treatments, and skin services.
- Match each client’s concern to the right treatment or consultation.
- Explain promotions, pricing, memberships, packages, and available offers.
- Book consultations and deposit-taking appointments directly into the calendar.
- Confirm appointments 24–48 hours in advance to reduce no-shows.
- Keep the calendar full with revenue-producing appointments.
- Update CRM records after every call, text, or email.
- Move leads through the pipeline: new lead, working, booked, completed, or follow-up.
- Tag, label, and organize leads for future follow-up campaigns.
- Prepare daily appointment and follow-up reports when required.
- Work closely with clinic and marketing teams to improve scripts, follow-up flow, and conversion rates.

Requirements

- Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, telemarketing, front desk sales, or client booking.
- Experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, cosmetic dermatology,



wellness clinic, or beauty industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong phone presence: warm, confident, professional, and persuasive.
- Comfortable calling and texting leads immediately.
- Ability to handle high lead volume and follow up multiple times without hesitation.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Fast response time and ability to multitask.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working with scripts while also being able to think quickly and naturally in conversation.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Zenoti, Go High Level, Zoho, or similar platforms is an asset.
- Knowledge of Botox, fillers, facials, laser hair removal, fat freezing, body contouring, or skin treatments is an asset.

Hours

Flexible . Full-time, Part - time, including evenings and weekends as needed during peak med spa booking times.

Compensation

Base salary plus commission based on booked appointments and/or show-ups.
