CNC Machinist - London, ON- $30-$40/hour

Express is looking for experienced mid to senior level CNC Machinists for a client in London.

Job Details:

· Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and machining centres to produce precision components from a variety of metals and materials according to drawings and specifications.

· Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T;, work orders, and technical specifications to determine machining requirements, tooling, and setup procedures.

· Perform complete machine setups, tool changes, work offsets, tool offsets, and program adjustments, ensuring parts are machined accurately and efficiently.

· Use micrometers, verniers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment to perform in-process and final inspections and maintain tight tolerances.

· Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues, optimize speeds and feeds, tooling, and CNC programs, maintain quality and production standards, and provide guidance or mentorship to junior machinists as required.
